It is important to the staff at Mid-Range Chemical Dependency Services that clients are able to maintain receiving treatment services they need without interruption. We are doing this by continuing to offer outpatient chemical dependency treatment in a face to face group setting. The office is cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis, hand sanitizer, bleach wipes, and gloves are available to be used by clients, and we are practicing social distancing to the best of our ability. Clients are encouraged to bring in their own hand sanitizer, bleach wipes, gloves, and masks or other face coverings if that will help them to feel more comfortable in group. For clients who do not feel comfortable being in a group setting during this time, we are offering individual face to face appointments. These appointments will count toward treatment hours. We are also currently working to set up telehealth services for clients who do not feel comfortable coming in to the agency during the COVID-19 outbreak. These individual telehealth appointments would also count towards treatment hours. (We are unsure when this option will be available.) If you are unable to make treatment sessions please stay in contact with your counselor so we know that you are ok. Intakes will also continue to be scheduled during this time. These do need to be completed at a face to face appointment. Please call or email us if you have any questions or need to request services. As always, the safety and health of our staff and clients are our main priority. Please take care of yourselves. - Amanda, Stig, and Kelly
